Ingredients:
- 60 ml Chambal Gin
- 10 ml chamomile honey syrup
- 25 ml fresh lime juice

To make the syrup: steep 5 chamomile tea bags in 500 ml hot
water. Stir in 500 ml honey, cool and strain.
- Shake Chambal Gin, syrup with ice.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass
- Garnish with lemon twist.
