Ingredients:
- 60 ml Chambal Gin
- 20 ml mint & basil syrup
- 2–3 slices jalapeño
- Soda to top
- Basil leaf
Steps:

To make the syrup: simmer 500 ml
water, 500 gm sugar, 1 handful mint,
and 8–10 basil leaves for 10 minutes.
Cool and strain.

Shake gin, syrup, lime juice, and
jalapeño with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass with ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with basil.
