The Chambal Negroni
Ingredients:
30 ml Chambal Gin
30 ml Aperol
30 ml infused Bianco vermouth
Steps:
To make the infused vermouth: add a pinch of saffron, zest of 1⁄2 Gondhoraj lime, 3–4 curry leaves, and 3 slices of fresh turmeric to 300 ml Bianco vermouth. Let steep for 6–8 hours, then strain.
Stir gin, Aperol, and infused vermouth with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with orange peel.
