Ingredients:
- 45ml Chambal Gin
- 60ml tonic water
- 2 small watermelon cubes (seedless)
- Pinch of black salt (optional)
- Ice
Steps:

Add watermelon cubes to a balloon glass and lightly press with a spoon — just enough to
release some juice, not muddle.

Add Chambal Gin, black salt (optional), and ice. Top with
tonic water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a fresh watermelon wedge and mint sprig.
